Where is Paradise Country?
Paradise Country is located on the Gold Coast in the southeast corner of the Australian State of Queensland.
The Gold Coast is a very popular holiday destination for Australians and overseas travellers alike.
Its attractions include some of the world's safest and most beautiful beaches, international standard accommodation, world class shopping and dining, and a picturesque hinterland. It is also Australia's theme park capital, home to Sea World, Sea World Resort, Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet 'n' Wild Water World, Australian Outback Spectacular and Paradise Country.
The Gold Coast is accessible by road, rail and air. It has its own International and Domestic Airport, with Brisbane International and Domestic Airports approximately one hour drive to the north.
When is Paradise Country open?
Paradise Country is open every day of the year except Christmas Day on 25 December.

How can I book my visit to Paradise Country?
Bookings are essential. To make a booking contact Customer Connect on 13 33 86, +61 7 5519 6200 from outside Australia, or fax 07 5573 8288. You can also book through your local Gold Coast hotel, apartment or tour desk.
Is there car parking available at Paradise Country?
There are only a limited number or car parking spaces at Paradise Country. Read about Location and Access information.
What is the weather like and how should I dress?
The Gold Coast has a delightful subtropical climate. Average daytime temperature during summer (December to February) is 28 degrees Celsius. The average temperature in winter (June to August) is a very mild 21 degrees Celsius.
The Gold Coast averages almost 300 days of sunshine per year.
Comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended for your visit to Paradise Country. Hats and sunscreen are recommended year round. A light jacket may be required in winter.
What services are available for disabled persons and others with special needs?
Paradise Country offers disabled parking, restrooms and wheelchair access. A limited number of Wheelchairs are available for hire from Guest Services.
Wheelchairs are available complimentary however we do require a $20.00 refundable deposit which you will receive back upon safe return of the wheelchair.
Can my children visit Paradise Country on their own?
All children aged 13 years and under must be accompanied by an adult into Paradise Country.
How can I apply for a job at Paradise Country?

Do you offer an Industry Discount?
Industry rates are available to select domestic and international industry employees upon meeting certain criteria. For all domestic Industry rate requests please apply online here. If your request is approved, you will need to show proof of employment (a business card or letter from employer) plus photographic ID at the ticket booth.
International - You must send a faxed request to the International Sales Department on 07 5588 2280 on your company letterhead with the employee's name, company, position and date of intended visit. The International Sales Department will then respond with a confirmation.
